Privacy and administration

Protect household privacy and security

Understand access boundaries, private fields, credentials, external assistants, and safe support practices.

Use least privilege

Give each account only the household and administrator access it needs. Review connected services and external AI assistants periodically, and revoke access that is no longer required.

Keep private data private

Hourly-rate ranges are private to the rate owner and household owners or administrators. Credentials, tokens, private camera information, and personal household details should never be placed in public documentation or support messages.

Understand external AI access

A connected AI client can receive data returned by the Tidyboard tools it invokes. The client and its provider may process that data under their own terms, so connect only approved accounts and request only the information needed.
